5. Application of Adhesive
The self-adhesive feature is created by applying a strip of adhesive to the bag's opening. This adhesive must be strong enough to provide a secure seal but also allow for easy opening and resealing. Two common types of adhesives are used: a pressure-sensitive adhesive or a double-sided Adhesive Tape. The adhesive strip is typically covered with a protective liner, which is removed when the bag is ready to use.
 
6. Finishing Touches
Once the adhesive is applied, the bags undergo a quality control inspection to ensure that there are no defects, such as leaks or improper seals. Additional finishing touches may include adding perforations for easy tearing or separating bags into individual units for packaging.
 
7. Packaging and Distribution
Finally, the completed self-adhesive bags are packaged for distribution. They can be bulk-packaged or offered in smaller quantities, depending on customer needs. Proper labeling and storage conditions are maintained to ensure the bags remain intact until reaching the end-users.
